Gionee has launched a new budget Android smartphone - CTRL V4S - in India. Priced at Rs. 9,999, the new Gionee smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. The Gionee CTRL V4S has a 4.5-inch IPS display. It sports an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera. It has 8GB built-in memory. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. The phone is powered by an 1800 mAh battery.
