Apple's iPhone 6 series devices are up for prebooking in India from October 7. The devices will be available in the country beginning October 17. The company hasn't officially disclosed the pricing of the new smartphones. However, NDTVGadgets claims the 64GB and 128GB variant of the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will be priced at Rs. 62,000 and Rs. 71,500 respectively. The 64GB variant of the iPhone 6 Plus will be priced at Rs. 71,500 and 128GB version will cost Rs. 80,500. "iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available in India beginning Friday, October 17, from an expansive network of Apple Authorized Resellers. Customers can pre-order iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus beginning Tuesday, October 7," Apple India said in a statement. Despite mixed reviews, Apple's new iPhone 6 have gained popularity. Apple in a statement said it had received over four million preorders in the first 24 hours. The company further revealed it had soled over 10 million new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models just three days after the launch on September 19. According to reports, Apple is nearing 20 million sales already. As said above the new iPhone 6 models have received mixed reviews with many believing Apple is trying to catch up with others with the new models. Soon after the launch, 'bendgate' controversy hit Apple. The new iPhone 6 models were said to be bending in users pockets.
