The Celkon Win 400 features dual-sim and has a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor,  4-inch HD IPS display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution, 1.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with 512MB of RAM and 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3 MP front camera. It has 4 GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. The smartphone packs a 1500mAh battery thats gives you 5 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time. Connectivity opthin in this phone  3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB.
