Asus Zenfone 2 and Zenfone Zoom to launch in India soon

Asus Zenfone 2 will be launched in the second quarter and the Zenfone Zoom will be launched after that, which in all probability will make its Indian debut in the third quarter of this year.
Asus made the announcement in a launch event where the latest EeeBook X205 was launched. The company also confirmed that the devices that were launched in the CES last month will soon be available in the Indian market.
As the name suggests, Asus Zenfone Zoom, will be a new line-up that will excel in the camera segment. The phone comes with an average 13MegaPixel sensor but supports 3x optical zoom which can help it shine in the smartphone camera market. The make looks a lot like the famous 41MegaPixel Nokia Lumia 1020, with a sizeable camera patch and a prominent bulge. Rest of the hardware of the phone is pretty decent as it comes with an Intel Atom 2.3GHz quad core processor, a 5.5 inch Full HD display panel and comes in a 2GB and 4GB RAM variant.
Recent rumours about the Asus Zenfone 2 suggest that the phone will be launched with a different chipset  in India, manufactured by Qualcomm or MediaTek. The company has not confirmed the report but is expected to do that soon.
