Lenovo will launch its latest 4G smartphone, the A7000 in India on Tuesday. The phone, which is the successor to the successful A6000, is expected to be priced at Rs 7,999.
It is an upgrade of the A6000 with a larger a 5.5-inch 720p HD display. It will also be the first mobile device to feature Dolby’s stunning Atmos technology.
Unlike the A6000, this phone is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6752m processor and not Qualcomm. This means the pho ne has one of the best benchmark scores in a phone of this price range.
The smartphone runs on Android Lollipop OS with Vibe UI. It has a Mali-T760MP2 GPU, 2GB RAM and 8GB ROM which is expandable up to 32GB.
It comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front camera. On the connectivity front, the device sports dual SIM card slots and supports 4G connectivity.
